Founded in 1996, the label takes its name from the Italian word for "friends," reflecting the social, convivial spirit that the founders bring to their winemaking. The sourcing from Morisoli, one of the most historic vineyard sites in the valley, lends the Amici Cabernet a pedigree that belies the brand's modest profile.

The winery sources from established grower partners, with the Morisoli Vineyard in Rutherford providing the most prestigious fruit in the portfolio.
